Pension changes from 6 April 2024: We’re updating our communications to include information about the new lump sum allowances and tax treatment when you take benefits. Until that’s complete, please read the pension allowance changes leaflet before you take any lump sum and/or income from your pension.
We’re working on delivering a new Aegon Retirement Choices (ARC) and One Retirement experience, where you log in with your email address. To help you get the best support for you, choose the option depending on how you log in.
We’re combining the Aegon Retirement Choices (ARC) and Aegon Platform Terms of business. The updated Terms of business will come into effect on 6 April 2024.
If you log in using a user ID which is an 8-digit number, access the existing ARC & One Retirement support below.
If you’ve activated your new platform experience and log in using your email address, go to the new ARC & One Retirement support.
