We help our customers manage currency risk by providing access to over 430 fund providers (as at 30 September 2021), multiple jurisdictions and funds denominated in Pound Sterling, Euros and US Dollars.
We can establish connections with any system-to-system provider, meaning we offer electronic order routing as our customers' primary connection. This allows them to benefit from straight-through-processing directly to the market – securing guaranteed valuation points and contractual net settlement.
A secondary connection is also available, so customers can complete trades online with two-stage authorisation (if required).
We make our charges as simple as possible, that's why we have just one monthly charge for our services. Pricing is available on request.
We handle the transfer of investment funds to and from our institutional service through the respective transfer agent. As members of TISA Exchange Limited (TeX), we process and receive the majority of transfers electronically. This allows our customers to process transfers simply and efficiently - and we support share class conversions too.
Customers and third-party integrators can access all reporting through our bulk data centre, whenever they need it.
Contractual net settlement means our customers can either make or receive a single daily payment, with just one consolidated report containing a breakdown of all relevant trade information. Similarly, we provide the same service for distribution income that’s payable – we pay this on the date set by the fund manager.
We’re here to support our customers manage their operational risk. Customers can monitor any large and/or duplicate deals online, with the ability to cancel any instructions before they’re processed.
We give our customers notice of each upcoming corporate action event, as well as the option to vote on all applicable events.
