It’s important your clients are comfortable with the investment choices they make as they may lose features, protections, guarantees or other benefits when they transfer. The value of any investments transferred to ARC can still fall as well as rise and your client may get back less than they invest. Any new funds your client moves their money into will have their own set of risks that will be detailed in the fund information available to you.
How it works

We’ll be supporting your advice process to transfer your clients to Aegon Reirement Choices (ARC), in many cases aligned to Origo for digital pensions transfer. You provide advice, we provide accelerated processes.
You can then choose which of your clients can self-serve on our platform.

2 - Illustrations and cost comparisons
We'll issue illustrations and cost comparisons for you to review for your clients.
3 - Quotes
You'll be able to access quotes through our new adviser portal experience.
4 - Engage with clients
You'll be in control of the communications approach for each of your clients.
5 - Client application
You and your clients will both complete the application using our streamlined processes.
6 - On platform
Once we've received the completed application, your client will be transferred onto the platform and you'll see them in your usual portal.
Client access
Your clients can have online access to view valuations, reports and statements, allowing you to focus on giving advice. The most confident of your clients can even have trading access – although the most complex products and investments will still only be available through you.
