Go online and sign in to your Aegon Retirement Choices (ARC) or One Retirement account.

Other products
Complete an instruction to change your retirement date if you’re a customer.
For Aegon or Scottish Equitable pension products (plan numbers are usually six or seven digits long and may be prefixed with ‘UP’).
OR
Complete an instruction to change retirement date and lifestyle strategy if you’re a trustee making a change on behalf of a scheme member.
What happens next
This is slightly different depending on the type of product you have.
Once you’ve changed your retirement date online we'll automatically switch you into the correct version of your current lifestyle fund to match your new retirement date.
Please note - while we process your switch you won't be invested in the stockmarket for two working days.
On the form, you'll get a choice of whether you want to change the retirement date your lifestyle fund is aiming for. If your new retirement date is when you plan to take your benefits then it’s important that your fund is also targeting the new retirement date. In that case, you'll need to specify on the ‘instruction to change your retirement date’ that you want to realign your lifestyle fund with the new date.
It's important that you tell us whether you want your fund to target the new retirement date as we'll then switch you into the appropriate version of your current lifestyle fund to match the new date.
On the form, you'll get a choice of whether you want to change the retirement date your member’s lifestyle fund is aiming for. If the new retirement date is when your member plans to take their benefits then it’s important that the fund is also targeting the new retirement date. In that case, you'll need to specify on the ‘instruction to change retirement date and lifestyle strategy’ that you want to realign the lifestyle fund with the new date.
