Individual protection transfer

We’ve transferred our individual protection policies to Royal London.

Latest updates

On 14 June 2024, the transfer was approved by the High Court of Justice of England and Wales in London and the relevant policies were transferred to Royal London on 1 July 2024.

Royal London (The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited) is now the policy provider and responsible for the transferred individual protection business policies, including all life insurance, critical illness and income protection policies.

If policyholders need to make a claim under their policy

Royal London will assess any future claims and pay any policy benefits if the claim is accepted.

The quickest way to tell Royal London about a claim is to call them on 03456 00 04 93, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (exclusing bank holidays).
