Women @ Aegon
The Women @ Aegon network creates opportunities for greater gender equality and recognition in the workplace, while promoting career progression at every level.
As strong supporters of the Women in Finance Charter, we’re committed to improving our gender diversity in senior management. We’re aiming for a 50/50 balance by 2030, and expect to reach an interim target of 43% by the end of 2025.1
The network’s Let’s Talk events cover everything from the gender pensions gap, to sharing advice and personal stories from senior colleagues.
