Recruitment process
Our recruitment process isn’t just about finding out whether we think you’d be good at the job or if you’d fit in. Of course, we think we’re a fantastic company to work for but we want to know what you think of us.
Remember, applying for a job is a two-way process. So, make sure you ask us all the things that you really want to know during the interview process. That’s what we’re here for – to help you make an informed decision based on all the facts. Changing jobs is a pretty big step and we want you to be sure that you’ve made the right decision for you and your career.
And, because we want to make sure you get the right job for you, we use several different types of assessment in our recruitment process. We may ask you to take part in one or more of:
Doing it this way has advantages, both for us and for you:
- Research shows that the multi-assessment approach is a good way of working out if we’ve got the right job for you (it’s over four times more accurate than a standard interview).
- It gives you a better chance to demonstrate your full range of skills and abilities.
- It’s easier for us to make the final decision as we’ll have a wide range of relevant and reliable information.
- We can demonstrate that our recruitment procedure doesn’t discriminate and you can see that we’ve taken a fair approach.
So, overall, we’ll know if you’re the right person for us and you’ll know if we’re the right company for you – everyone’s happy.
Now you know a bit about us and how our recruitment process works.
The next step is to send us your application. Please see the ‘How to apply’ section to find out what you need to do.
